Not at all! All of our lessons are suitable for beginners and don't forget that they are all completely optional!

While every litter is different, we aim to have at least a 1:2 puppy to person ratio in our Puppy Yoga sessions.

Puppies join us at a minimum of 8 weeks for just one or two weekends of daycare under the supervision of their family/breeders.

Puppy Yoga Roma does not buy, sell, rent or host any puppies. Our job is simply to provide an environment in which they can socialize. Some of the puppies may already have a home to go to after the socialization period. If there is any interest in a puppy, we remain available to put you in contact with the breeders or their families.

Our location has multiple changing rooms on site. Please note that our sessions aim to start on time, so we recommend that you come already prepared for your Puppy Yoga session.

Unfortunately we do not accept external puppies at our sessions for health and safety reasons.
